FAQs
What materials are your plates, bowls, cups, and utensils made from?
All core pieces—plates, bowls and cups—are made from 304 food‑grade stainless steel, a premium, non‑reactive metal widely used in high‑quality kitchenware. The plates, bowls, and cups also feature a high‑grade silicone cover for comfort, grip, and temperature protection.
Are your products completely non‑toxic?
Yes. Our stainless steel and silicone components are free from BPA, phthalates, melamine, PFAS, and micro‑plastics. They’re designed for safe, everyday use with warm or cold meals.
Do your plates and bowls have suction bases?
No. Our designs intentionally avoid suction bases to keep the dinnerware simple, durable, and easy to clean. The silicone cover provides grip and stability without relying on suction.
Can your dinnerware go in the microwave?
Yes. Both the 304 stainless steel and high‑grade silicone covers are microwave‑safe. They’re engineered to withstand heating without warping, leaching, or releasing chemicals.
Are they dishwasher‑safe?
Absolutely. All components—including plates, bowls, cups, silicone covers, and utensils—are dishwasher‑safe. They’re built to handle daily washing without degrading or trapping odours.
What makes stainless steel a safe choice for kids?
304 stainless steel is non‑reactive, rust‑resistant, and free from coatings. It doesn’t absorb flavours, doesn’t chip, and doesn’t leach chemicals. It’s one of the safest and most durable materials for children’s dinnerware.
Why use silicone covers?
The silicone covers add comfort, grip, and insulation. For plates and bowls, they help little hands hold warm dishes more easily. For cups, the silicone cover includes two side handles to support independent drinking and improve stability.
Are your products free from micro‑plastics?
Yes. We avoid plastic-based materials entirely. Stainless steel and high‑grade silicone do not shed micro‑plastics, even with daily washing, heating, or long-term use.
Are the utensils safe for toddlers?
Yes. Our stainless steel utensils are designed with smooth edges and child‑friendly proportions. They’re durable, hygienic, and free from coatings or plastic parts.
How long will the dinnerware last?
With normal use, stainless steel can last for years. The silicone covers are equally durable and designed to maintain their shape, grip, and safety over time.
