Domestic Shipping

We currently offer domestic shipping only within Australia and do not provide international shipping. All orders are shipped via Australia Post with two options available:

• Standard Shipping

• Express Shipping

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. Once shipped, delivery timeframes will depend on Australia Post’s network and your location.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, contact our support team immediately upon receiving the item. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and provide the appropriate resolution. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition

• Unused and unworn

• With all tags attached

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

If you wish to exchange an item, an exchange can be processed once the original item has been returned and assessed.
